Circoloco Amsterdam will take place at the NDSM Wharf, NDSM-Plein 28, 1033 WB Amsterdam.
The festival starts at 12:00 and ends at 23:00 (CET). Keep in mind that the doors close at 21:00.
The festival is 18+, and it is mandatory to present a valid ID (driver's license, passport, identification card, ID) for entry. Just a photo of any of the above will not suffice.
Re-entry to the festival grounds is not allowed. If you leave, you must present a new valid ticket to re-enter.
At 21:00 (CET) the doors will close, and it will not be possible to enter after that time.
All facilities are cashless, but you can purchase a cash card at the festival at dedicated cash card lockets. This is a debit card that you buy at the token stand and load with cash, allowing you to make payments with a card at the festival.

There will be first aid available, indicated by signs and they will walk around the festival grounds.

There are Alpine earplugs available for purchase.
These items are prohibited to bring to the festival: own food and drinks, aerosol cans, glassware, cans, large or heavy bags (a light (back)pack or small backpack is allowed but will be checked by security at the entrance), pets, inflatable objects, umbrellas, drugs (except prescribed medication with a medical certificate), selfie sticks, fireworks, weapons and firearms, dangerous objects (including aerosol cans and tear gas), professional photo, film, and other recording equipment.
It is not allowed to bring any sort of professional recording equipment. Small cameras are aloud.
It is not allowed to bring sunscreen to the festival.

The general access tickets are sold out. Final release tickets are available now through: https://www.circolocoamsterdam.com/tickets.
The only reliable partner for selling your ticket is Ticketswap. Through the confirmation email of your purchase from Eventix, you can sell your ticket on Ticketswap.
Due to late personalization, tickets can only be downloaded on the 13th or 14th of August 2024.
You will receive an email immediately upon purchasing your ticket. The ticket can be downloaded on 13th or 14th of August 2024.
If you cannot find your tickets in your mailbox, try retrieving them through Eventix (https://eventix.io/search). If this doesn’t work, please contact info@sonaworldwide.com. In your email, please include the full name used during the ticket purchase along with your email address. We will then promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
You can either download the ticket and forward it or you can personalize it on the name and email address of the other person.
It is not necessary to print out your ticket. In fact, we prefer tickets on the phone.
You can personalize your ticket through the confirmation email. If you can't find it, please proceed to question 4.
The festival is easily accessible from Amsterdam Central Station where you can take the (free) ferry to NDSM. During the festival extra ferries specifically for our visitors are scheduled. The festival ferry will also depart from the regular ferry platform at Amsterdam Central Station. The ferry to the NDSM departs approximately every 10 minutes. Please be aware: the festival ferry is only accessible without your bike! From the ferry it is a 5 minute walk to the venue. The ferries will depart from the NDSM-Wharf until the last visitors are safely dropped off at Amsterdam Central Station and the Pontsteiger.
The festival is easily accessible by bike. Take the ferry to ‘Buiksloterweg’ from Amsterdam Central Station or, if you plan to come from Amsterdam-West, take the ferry from ‘Pontsteiger’ to the NDSM. Around the festival are parking areas for your bike.
There are designated drop-off and pick-up points for ordered transport (Uber/Bolt) and kiss & ride during the festival. For ordered transport this is ‘Kraanschip Ibisweg’, for taxis this is ‘NDSM-Straat’ and for kiss & ride is this the Tt. Vasumweg. All are roughly 7 minutes walking distance from the venue.
Circoloco does not provide parking for visitors and due to sustainability considerations we ask you to not travel to the festival by car. There are several parking garages near the venue and you will need to cover these costs yourself.
There are various food stands and multiple bars available on site.
We sell different food options throughout the festival. Allergies are stated on the menus. If you have any questions please send an email to info@sonaworldwide.com.
There are multiple drinking water stations to refill your bottle and water bottles can be purchased at the bar.
There will be no (e-)cigarettes available for purchase.
You can bring your medication only upon presentation of a prescription and/or a doctors note. The medication must be unopened.
The festival is accessible to individuals with disabilities. You're welcome to enter through the general access point. Please note that the terrain is an old shipyard and can be quite rough.
The festival is wheelchair accessible, featuring special toilets and entrances. Wheelchair access is through the general entrance. No prior registration is required.
Unfortunately it's not possible to bring along a service dog.
We are committed to sustainability to preserve the park. We use recycled plastic cups, operate a recycling system, accept only card payments, and offer different food possibilities.
We strive to create a safe and welcoming festival environment for everyone. All social norms and values are upheld on the premises. Any form of threats, violence, discrimination, or sexual harassment will not be tolerated.

At the festival, you can also buy a locker using QR-codes and payment methods like iDEAL. Additionally, there will be an information point for lockers at the festival.
Two weeks before the event, we will place neighborhood signs with information about accessibility around the Wharf. Also, ten days before the event, residents within the municipality's distribution area will receive a neighborhood letter. The letter will contain information about park accessibility and the opportunity to register for a chance to win residents' tickets for Circoloco Amsterdam. All organizations within the distribution area from the Stichting NDSM will receive a fact sheet with information about the festival and accessibility of the Wharf during build-up, show and break-down periods.
